  • I love me some Einstein as much as the next person, but I've been here enough times to give it a solid 3 star rating. Every visit is always a hit or miss. This is my go-to breakfast spot since it's easy to eat on the drive to work. Sometimes the staff is quick, friendly and my order is correct. Other times I get the grumpy employee or they are out of coffee and I have to wait for a new batch. During lunch, dear jeezus, parking is awful. They are surrounded by other food establishments and business, so it's hard to find a spot. There can be quite a wait for your food and there isn't a big selection of bagels left. So come early! Their bagels are delicious though. So soft and has the perfect crunch when toasted. My faves are the cranberry, apple cinnamon and jalapeño cheese. I'm a purist and just opt for a regular cream cheese smear. And their coffee is freaking addicting. If it wasn't for their hit or miss service, it would be a 4 star rating for sure.
