  • Pros-great waterslide and pool area for kids. Lots of lifeguards. Inexpensive at $3 per ticket for the upper pool area. Cons- Stupid pool time and daytime restrictions, especially the lower pool . Rude Jerk at cashier station glad to take your money but refused to refund until aggressively pushed. I had to pay another $4 per person to access lower pool, then found out diving boards were closed and lanes were used for classes anyway. Then I went back to get refund and the jerk told me diving boards were closed after 3 pm on certain days. I said it would have been nice to l know that in advance. He then asked if I had a receipt. I said "no you didn't give me one. I just paid $7 cash and you gave me $3 dollars back 2 minutes ago." He then took 10 minutes to look for proof of payment, then offered credit, and I said "no, I want a refund!". Then he said ok, but I had to give him my orange band for some reason. What's he going to do with a used armband? He did everything he could to prevent me from getting a refund.
