  • We made a reservation for 15 people for New Year's Eve this year 2018! They charged us $1,500.00 which was supposed to include, 2 bottles of alcohol, mixers, 2 bottles of champagne and Pizza for the 15 in our party. When we arrived we were seated at a long table, we had to ask for the alcohol and glasses and the mixers. When we asked for the mixers the waitress asked what we wanted and we told her we wanted Cranberry and pineapple juice, she informed us that they only have a little pineapple juice and no cranberry! Seriously?? New year's eve and you don't have juices?? What kind of bar is this?? We had to ask multiple times for water and ice, they bring is two very small pitchers of water and two small buckets with Ice! We are a large party of 15!! Now it's close to 11:00pm and no pizza has come out, so we asked about it and we're told that there was No pizza coming! We asked to speak to Jason immediately and then he came out! When we asked him what had happened to the pizza he assured us that it would be here very shortly! We had to wait so long that we asked again where the pizza was and was told it could take up to 45 mins. When it finally came to our table they only had napkins for us and not even a paper plate! What kind of business is this?? After the midnight hour they came they finally brought out 1 bottle of champagne and No glasses for that!! We were promised 2 bottles! We also purchased 2 additional bottles of alcohol! They added a 23% gratuity to each individual purchase! Absolutely inappropriate and out of line as the service was terrible and what we got for $1,500 was absurd! Not one noise maker not any streamers nothing New Year's Eve about that party was given to us from that restaurant! Before you consider going there go in and make sure you get everything in writing before you get the shaft as we did! We had people travel from North Carolina and California to go and celebrate New Years Eve with this company and the only thing good about it that was promised was the Life Band!
