  • Visiting from out of town, chose to get my current gel manicure removed and a new color.... I chose a light pink color. It turned out to be all lumpy and bumpy, when I asked them to fix it she blamed the shape of my nails... I've never had this problem before. I just wish places like this would understand the concept of customer service. Your business revolves around making women, and men alike, happy and this is a treat to themselves. So calm down and fix your mistakes without being rude and quick to blame the customer or charge them extra to fix your mistake. My sister also got a gel mani... it chipped the next day. After my experience trying to get mine fixed she also decided to just go somewhere else.
