  • Had a coupon for $5 off, even though it doesn't state it, you cannot get your 5% off with the Lowes credit card. After spending $200 I asked if I could get my $5 off back and just do the 5%. They said no and wouldn't even make up for the difference. It's only $5 but that's enough to irritate me. The cashiers here are always crazy slow and untrained as well. Not everything should require calling a manager for.
