  • The look and brand of this place is deceptive as the staff's customer service skills are not aligned with any other W or Starwood Hotel I've stayed at. I'm a frequent business traveler but actually CHOSE to stay here on personal travel recently and was surprised by how terrible the experience was. Even locals were very vocal about how down-hill this place has gone. Not at all worth the money and I won't be staying here again. For the same modern feel but a much better vibe, I'll be at the Palomar downtown.
