  • I, too, had a Living Social Deal. I called to schedule a Saturday appt., and was a bit disappointed to find that I had to wait about 2 months to get one, but I was willing to be patient. They called a week in advance and, apologizing profusely, told me that they had to re-schedule because only one person works on Saturdays, and she had to be off for a family emergency. Life happens, so I re-scheduled for a Monday that I had off work. The two housekeepers were 90 minutes late, but - I gotta say... they did a fantastic job cleaning my house! They were so thorough and friendly, I would have Patricia and Lola back any time. By now a few days have passed and I haven't found one thing I thought should have been cleaned that is not ..... CLEAN! I feel like I got more than my money's worth (as it should be, when the LS deal is 50% off). Unfortunately one of them told me that she was leaving the company the next week. The scheduling and staffing issues prevent me from giving them more stars, because the cleaning itself was exemplary. If the owner can resolve those issues and keep staff like those two, this company is worth checking out!
