I brought my laptop to another business. After agreeing to take a look, they determined that my photoshop was not working due to the blocks from the Antivirus program that appeared on my computer after picking it up from Geeks & Clicks. It was not a manufacturing or license issue. The point of my previous review still stands. Yes a virus was wiped, but the computer was not returned in working order for the purpose that I initally brought it in for. For photoshop not working being the initial reason I brought the laptop in. There should have been more effort made to get it up and running. Especially if the resolution was so simple. Geeks & Clicks literaly said no to helping me past that point based off an assumption.
