  • Eh it could be better. The front desk employees never acknowledge you. Ignore is a better word. Do they even care if people just walk in? If I have to scan my membership card then I expect you to do it, not have me wait 5 mins without being acknowledged. But at the end of the day I'm here to work out. So whatever.
