  • I'm an avid fan of Starbucks & I will admit this is the first time I have had an issue with the actual coffee. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I had already driven 30 minutes to my work... I had coffee grounds at the bottom of my coffee. And not like a few that I could just ignore but enough that I was continuously sucking it up my straw (see photo). I expected high quality coffee & received a coffee that a novice would make.
