  • I attempted to schedule these guys to look at my roof. I left a message with their professional answering service on a Saturday morning. A representative called me Monday morning to get the specifics and told me Gary, a scheduler, would call me to schedule a representative the same day. However, it wasn't until a day and a half later until I finally received a call from Gary, their scheduler. I'm always concerned when an organization has these type of commitment / scheduling issues before they even get a contract for work. I'll pass on this one.
