Customer service is not a priority!! Was at this McDonald's today at around 3 o'clock and ordered through the drive thru. After placing an order, the attendant taking our money told us the machine for specialty cafe drinks was broken. She, and her manager, refused a request for a small smoothie in its place. Odd, that they couldn't do this because places of business usually try to satisfy a customer who was inconvenienced through no fault of their own.
