  • Went here for New Year's Eve 2015. My girl and I went to the Britney concert wish I totally didn't want to do. But we got out of it and needed a place to spend NYE. Didn't want to fight people in the cold and we willing to give koi a try as the promoter seemed so honest and trustworthy. He walked us up and we paid $60 & $80. For OPEN bar all night long! It was cheap stuff for sure. But got the job done after we had a few $18 drinks at Britney concert. What really sold us was the view of the fireworks at midnight. They had a balcony that was packed and very full. But still a great time. That was the only issue. If Koi expanded that for next year it would be the best venue on the strip!!!
