  • Had a terrible experience with this company from beginning to end. They have my money, I have awful carpet and they don't care. We were pushed into purchasing a carpet that the salesman said was the best. Now that it's not holding up (less than a year afer installation), they will do nothing . . . They won't even take my phone calls. DON'T EVER BUY FLOORING FROM EXPRESS!
