  • We moved in from out of state and didn't really have any idea where we wanted to settle down in Las Vegas. We found our favorite stores and found Madera. We stayed here 9 months and believe the unit we moved into was perfect for us. The neighbors are quiet. The grounds are kept up. The office staff are kind and professional. We felt welcome to the area. The only reason we are moving is that we purchased a house. For moving out of state and having no idea of where to live - we find Madera was perfect! P.S. There have been no maintenance issues nor bugs.
