  • Came here right when Milk Bar/Momofuku opened for their dinner service. We actually came a bit too early and had to wait for half an hour, but that was ok haha. Having readily digested brunch, we bought a whole bunch of treats to share. It was pretty cool (no pun intended), because Milk Bar was more like a cold room with all the treats there. I was fully expecting an actual bakery, but I guess not! - Crack pie: this was literally like crack. A bit of a hybrid between a kind of caramel pecan pie and pecan bar. Definitely the best thing among the items we had, and I'd highly recommend. It's also a bit ironic that the top of the pie has white powder frosting hehe. - Cereal milk soft serve: this was ok. Your vanilla soft serve with some cornflake-type crunchy bits. I didn't care too much for this one, and it wasn't anything that special for me. - Birthday cake balls: the inside was very soft, like the bit of crumbly texture on the outside. A bit on the sweet side (from the 3 different people who tried it!). - Compost cookie: I like how the "compost" aspect meant that this cookie had a bit of a lot of random stuff in it (mainly the coffee, potato chips, and pretzel bits). The coffee and the salty snacks definitely gave the cookie more dimension, rather than just straight up sweet. - Blueberry and cream cookie: probably my least favourite cookie out of the three, perhaps because it wasn't as savoury as the compost cookie, thereby making it a bit one-dimensional? Most of the items we had were ok, but the crack pie was super delicious, and so the 4 stars is for the crack pie. Do they actually put crack in here?? So delicious I would think so haha. Definitely do pick up a slice if you pass by!
