  • I'd just like to echo the other folks here--don't rent with this company. It's your typical college slumlord operation; the apartments are in very poor condition, and the staff will treat you terribly. They have no qualms about browbeating you into forgoing your rights as a tenant. If you did rent with them and have the inevitable problems, you can get help from the Tenant Resource Center on Willy Street.
