  • Had a very positive experience with this company. I believe they somehow are affiliated (or were affiliated) with PureTec Water Services out of Tempe - that's the company that was listed on our water filtration device under our sink, but Aqua Science was dispatched. Our technician arrived when scheduled, fully diagnosed our (old and antiquated) system, and was upfront with the pricing. He showed us exactly what was wrong and clearly explained our options. Though we opted to replace the system entirely, we never felt like we were being "sold" something or forced into something. Our technician also looked at another plumbing issue that we had with our water main line - thankfully he determined it was the city's problem and not ours (which should save us a lot of $). Overall very happy and satisfied with our experience.
