It does suck that you have to take an additional shuttle from the main car rental center but we didn't have to wait too long. Their location seems easier to get to when returning the car and it's right by a gas station in case you need to fill up. There is a sign telling you to return the car in the back, but it would be much easier if there were signs and/or lines on the ground indicating exactly where to drop off the car. I asked one of the employees I saw and he didn't explain clearly so I ended up driving around back to the front and went to the desk to ask for more details. Both this guy and the guy I picked up my car from did not seem interested in helping much with my questions. I got a Hyundai Electra which was nice, but kind of old (high mileage) and the trunk doesn't even open with the remote which was inconvenient. The only bright side was Joanna who was very patient and sweet, like explaining how my own personal insurance works with rental cars and even giving us advice on shopping places. :)
