What a pleasant discovery this was after a lovely dinner at Lou Malnati's!
Simply pick your size, ice cream base, and toppings and voila - an absolute sweet and tasty party in your mouth!
If you're coming off a full stomach of pizza, I recommend the kid's size. After they mix in your ice cream with your toppings and sauces, they actually refreeze the ice cream using liquid nitrogen. I found that this makes the ice cream seem as if it was pulled straight out of the freezer and way more savorable.. brilliant (especially in Phoenix!)
With friendly servers and an amazing sugary and finished product, what's not to love?
