  • I am not one to write reviews. This, in fact, is my first. But unless you're willing to be subjected to incredibly slow service and inattentive staff please avoid this place. My friend and I purchased the 39 dollar groupon for a shellac manicure, regular pedicure and a couple of drinks. The first time we went, we received a call five minutes before our appointment, canceling our service. We were told to come in anyways because 'someone else may be able to take care of us'. So, after waiting 20 minutes at the salon, no one was able to do our nails so we rescheduled and left. The next time we went in, we were told to arrive between 5 and 5:30 and that we would be done by 7. At 6:00 we finally had our feet in some water, but since the mani and pedi services are done separately we knew there was no way we would finish by 7. At 6:15, with only one person working on the two of us (and still no polish on our feet), we asked to be finished and if we could get a refund for our groupon. The manager didn't refund our groupons but instead suggested we come back. I will be calling tomorrow to again try to get a refund. SUMMARY: BEYOND unacceptably slow service, a poorly made latte, and no polish after an hour of waiting. You have been warned. Cool looking place though.
