  • The reviews were so positive that this was the first place I called. We were told we'd get a call back within an hour. No such luck. About three hours after the first call we called again, only to be met with a surprised person....oh, you weren't called? Waited again. Meanwhile, washing machine is DOA of course with a load of laundry half-done. Waited till this morning....NEVER heard a word. Found someone who responded and all's well that ends well. But I wouldn't ever even think of calling this outfit again....I'd try to do it myself (and I'd not have a clue what I was doing).
