  • This place was great when I moved in in 2015. Now the "new management" has completely made this place a dump. There were really nice trees that shaded the apartments and kept them cool in the summer that are now gone, the mgmt does routine inspections all the time and fines people for things that are on their balcony. The air conditioning is a water cooled HVAC system that worked fine until the new management came in. Now they have turned the water temp up to save money and you need to run the AC full time. The Gym is terrible. The employees are rude. Maintenance starts their blowers, weed whackers, and hedge trimmers at 8am which will wake you up. The apartments are outdated. The management is crazy about parking and will tow your car if they are not up to date. I really used to love this apartment complex, it is so sad to see one company come in and completely ruin something that was once very nice.
