  • Really really disappointed with this dealership. I did not buy my Kia from here, as we moved here from WI 2 years ago, but I did go there for my oil changes. I had no issues with the service in the past since-- I simply had some factory recall issues fixed and oil changed. Once I hit 30,000 miles and went in for an oil change a few months ago, John gave me a complimentary multi-point inspection. My 2.5 year old car with 30,000 miles suddenly needed $800 in repairs with no lights on, no steering issues, no break issues, not a single issue was believable to me seeing as the car is not old, is driven only locally as I am a stay at home mom and the oil changes are always kept up with. I'm very thankful for going with my gut instinct and telling John I didn't have time that day to get these repairs done and I blew off the next appointment. I just took my car in yesterday (3 months later) to Sun Devil Auto for a full inspection since I'm going to be driving my car long distance out of state for a vacation this weekend. Take a guess what they found wrong with my car? $70 of cabin air filter and regular air filters needed to be changed out; that's IT. They said my car is in great condition. How disappointing to give your repeat business to a company and be lied to. I'm always cautious of auto shops because many men seem to think all women are clueless about cars and they can get away with this type of dishonesty. Please please do not take your car here for servicing. Sun Devil has great reviews, great techs and customer service! Locations all over Phoenix and Scottsdale.
