  • I was so disappointed! I had been in a few times for mani/pedi and they were okay. I had my eyelashes done a couple times and was fairly happy with my first set, but I lost almost all my second set right away. I called the following week to ask to have them filled because they looked silly and I had some events the following weekend. Originally asked for an appointment on Thursday night. The lady was unavailable. Tried to schedule again for Friday... again unavailable. Made an appointment for Saturday morning (now had gone almost a full week with embarrassing eyelashes) and when I arrived they told me she wasn't available that morning because she had called in sick. I work in TV and was on air the following day (Sunday) so I said I would come back in the morning, and they were unable to accommodate me. To avoid looking ridiculous on air, I had to pull all the leftover lashes off my eyes. Awful service. Obviously customer service is not a priority to Centre Pointe Nails & Spa and if they're not in the mood to help, they won't.
