  • We went to Lowes to find a replacement for our broken washing machine. The salesperson, Brian, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He did not push us into higher end models, but listened to our needs and preferences and helped us find something suitable in our price range. Most of the machines no longer offer an agitator and Brian was actually able to explain why that is and ease us into something with newer features but enough familiarity to make use comfortable with the purchase. We just got it setup and so far we are very happy with the deal and experience we had at Lowes.
