  • So happy to find Shaved Ice on the West Side! I had a Vanilla with Sno Cap and my husband had a Strawberry with Sno Cap. It was amazing! 30 plus years ago there was a small Shaved Ice place that opened in Avondale (by Alpha Beta on Van Buren/Litchfield). They spoiled me, because up until now, there has never been anywhere in the West Valley to get this yummy treat - that is until I found The Frozen Monkey! Staff was very friendly and fun - Ice was terrific. We will be back to try the Dole Whip Float!
