rev:text	Brought my daughter here for a Possible cervical fracture or spine injury after falling down the bleachers at school. They were in no hurry to get her to the back. When she went to triage the nurse was completely rude and snapped at my daughter. I let that go because we were too upset to let a bad attitude get in the way of her health. Finally got taken to a lobby type room in the back with several empty chairs. My wife was told she could not go back because there was only room for one in the room with all the empty chairs. So we waited till a PA came in and poked around on my daughters neck. He asked a few questions then said she didn't need any X-rays or a Ct scan. WTF!?!?!! Are you kidding me right now??? She should have been taped to a board and rushed back upon arrival. I'm floored at these people. Is a neck injury from a fall not important? I'm no professional but for the love of god get off your butts and do something! The staff in the back were eating and chatting as my daughter sat there in pain. They wouldn't give her anything for pain btw. They thought it would be good to chit chat with phoenix finest using cuss words. In today's world everyone drops the f bomb from time to time but darn it, it shouldnt be on the job!! Cussing is unprofessional. Bottom line. My child could hear everything they were saying. We are getting ready to be discharged with no diagnosis. And just like a previous poster, they had no problem taking my $250 co pay. Go to Banner. They are a lot better. I know I will next time. This is my first time coming to abrazo and it darn sure will be my last!!!!
