  • I was skeptical about staying in downtown Charlotte. I thought maybe the price would be unreasonable or the parking would be limited. However, none of my presumptions were true. The hotel was awesome and the hospitality was even better. I needed to change rooms at the last minute and the staff made the change no questions asked. This hotel is in a great part of the city. Parking was $15 a day but there are ways around it. Clean rooms, free fast wifi, and great hospitality created a wonderful hotel experience. I would advise any traveler to stay here.
