  • I was sold on the cover, attractive with gold and white tones.  Maybe I expected some aristocratic drama.  I like the costumes for sure.  I attended a show without knowing what it would present.  I did this on purpose.  With art, whether musical, theatrical, visual, dance, all performing; one has to appreciate how it can be made so diverse with dynamic creativity. I can say that is apparent in this show; there were no boundaries. Closed mindedness will not allow this type of creativity to be fluid.  It's helpful to pay close attention to the maestro live narrator.  The performances were closely tied to their scene scripts and song lyrics.  The entire show has a broad blend of songs from classic, old school, to present day.  Even the dance choreography was intertwined with modern day dance moves to old songs.  I loved how they took pop songs and turned it into almost opera-like.  I loved how they mixed all sorts of dance styles to their song styles old and new.  All the solo singers had outstanding voices!  Throughout the performance, some songs had all the soloists singing together a composed medley of various songs.  Fluid creativity yet again.  This show carries talent undoubtedly.  Singing, dancing, glamour, comedy, fun, and love... yeah I felt a chord struck somewhere :P.  Important to note this was a really enjoyable show for me.  Although the basis of this love themed musical are three known stories that have taken place in different eras, there is something to keep in mind...  That love, in its existence, has no time zone.  Love. Has. No. Time. Zone.
