  • I'm updating my review for chasing tails. I was recently contacted by the co-owner about my review here. I am happy to see that businesses do read our reviews. He explained to me what went wrong and despite my husband's disapproval, I am willing to give them last chance to redeem themselves. For trying to contact me once more despite after a few months have passed, this is why I'm giving them a 4 star for now. He offered a free grooming which I think is very fair. I like to support calgary based businesses. I am really glad to hear from the co-owner and to reach out again after all this time, that counts for something. keeping my fingers crossed. Hopefully it will be a good experience for me and my baby. Until my next updated review!
