  • This is the first LOFT location I've been to where the associates have not been friendly. I was the only one in the store, yet nobody greeted me or approached me to offer any help. Yet, they were both quick to help the Caucasian woman who came in minutes after me. I'm not Caucasian and the associates were, so I will let you guys imply from that what you will. If I could've given this store negative stars, I would. It is a terrible feeling to be discriminated against just because I don't look like the typical Loft shopper.
