  • This was definitely the best mobile phone-related experience I've ever had! Sam worked with me getting a new phone and plan. He was warm, courteous, and was happy to answer all of my questions. At no point did he, or the other guys who also helped out (Tyler and Austin were terrific, too!) try to hard sell me, or mislead me about any of their products or services (which has happened several times in Verizon stores here in the valley). Sam never tried to conceal any costs, and was very transparent about everything I was getting. I've been in the store three times - each time, I've had consistently great customer service. In the past, I've always dreaded the unpleasant task of entering a phone store - equating it to a sleazy used car lot situation. Sam and the guys in this store were professional, easy going, and actually seem to enjoy what they do!
