David Potts was our salesman and from the start he was very helpful and knowledgeable. We told him what we wanted in a car, and approximately what we wanted to pay. He looked for the car we wanted and found it. We came back to the dealership for the car but had been told that it had more miles than they were told and it was damaged in transit. Unfortunately David was unable to locate the car with the interior we wanted (Camel colored leather seats with a panoramic sunroof) which I know to be true because I put in what we wanted in Auto Trader and couldn't find anything within 200 miles. We ended up buying the loaner car we were using which had many more options that we were looking for at the same price we were going to pay for the car with less options. My husband does our finances and he got the monthly payment he wanted which included a 60000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. Also, because of some of the issues we had with the special financing and not getting the exact car we wanted they threw in two years worth of free oil changes. I would have given Surprise Ford a five star rating if it wasn't for having to go back and forth for a week trying to get things finalized. David did a tremendous job and I would recommend him to anyone. I also want to note that the young lady who helped familiarize us with the car was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and had a good sense of humor.
