  • I am not one to give bad reviews but I am furious over what happened. The other day my fiance and I picked out our wedding bands and put them on hold until we could pay cash. Was told 320 after tax due to a trade in. Cool. We put under my fiance name so he could pick them up. He got there but our sales lady was with another customer. Understandable, so another lady took over. She told him about the warranty that we were going to purchase in a few weeks but she still added it. My fiance did not notice and when I came home from work he told me it was $400. Really! I looked at the receipt and we'll look at that added the warranty, are you KIDDING ME. I understand that you sell thousands of dollars in jewelry a day but don't Ness with our money. I will be calling the store tomorrow on my lunch break and this WILL be resolved. Or I am returning it ALL.
