  • My wife made an appointment for 8 am on a Saturday. We arrived at 7:48 am and waited until 8am to walk in because the hours on the door said 8am and we respected that. She walks up to the counter and they give her paperwork to fill out, she stepped to the side and started to fill out and the person that gave it to her rudely said you can go over there to fill it out. It took 5 minutes to fill out. We sat down and waited, at 8:30 we got up to walk out and asked why, with an 8 am appointment we were still waiting to be seen. The manager chimed in and said in a rude manner. "I opened at 7:35, the lights were on and people were inside." I responded with " your hours on the door do not reflect that. How are we supposed to know? All staff that we in countered were rude, disrespectful, and of zero help. They seen to think that they are the only game in town and don't need to be personable to their clientele. I now understand why they have a 2.5 star rating on yelp.
