  • These people are con artists. They have a kiosk in the mall (Memorial City). If you are stupid enough to try or buy anything there you are led into the Lionesse store for the bigger con, an LED machine which is very expensive. They are selling medical devices with no medically trained personel. They package up your product and send you on your way. When I got it home I was getting ready to open it and saw the warning regarding seizures. I have seizures controlled by medication. I returned the PRISTINE, UNOPENED product to the store and asked for a refund. They tried to sell me a similar machine which had the same seizure warning in the small booklet the salesman showed me. I pointed it out to him. I left the product I had purchased at their store They promised a full refund. It has been 10 working days and no refund has appeared on my credit card statement. THANK GOD I can dispute the charge. NEVER BUY ANYTHING from Lionesse, Zero Gravity, anyone with a kiosk in the mall, etc. THE FTC is my next stop for another complaint. CON ARTISTS.
