  • I asked some simple questions about the services they offer and the girl on the phone couldn't really answer any. I was looking to relax and never really been to the space before so I was trying to get a sense of what people so that particular spa and all I got was " you can look at our services online" and no real sense of "oh this is how we are and this is what people typically do", seem only interested in booking me and not educating me on their services
