  • Just had my annual maintenance done on my AC and the gentleman that showed up at my house was awesome! There was some confusion about the time of my appointment (I was given an exact time when I made the apt with the office admin and not told it was a "window"), but he was apologetic and went right to work so that I could be on my way to my meeting. I really liked that he explained everything and showed me everything as he worked through the maintenance. I felt as though he was honest and upfront and wasn't trying to pull one over on me. I know my system is old, but keeping fingers crossed it lasts! Thanks so much, Dukes of Air!
