  • I reserved a truck from here to move across town. I showed up and was not greeted, just stared at. Ok. So I tell her about my reservation and she starts calling another budget to see if they have a truck for me. They do not. She then tells me it was damaged last night and I can drive up to concord if I want one. What? Couldn't you have called in the morning to let me know you were not going to have one? I ended up finding a uhaul. When I checked my bank account, budget still charged me! Still waiting for a refund a week later.
