The salesman & his manager were incompetent and couldn't give an answer to most any question. Couldn't even explain their own warranty, let alone provide any kind of customer service.
Asking a relevant question about a car you're actually buying? Hmmm.. expect a shoulder shrug & a look like you have 3 heads; the implication being - why are you asking about this car, just buy it and leave me to my next sale!
My wife was treated like she was invisible (literally - they looked right through her when she asked questions), even though she was the main buyer - ladies, avoid this place like the plague.
I'm thinking they survive just because people buy Hyundai - otherwise, I can't imagine how this level of dim-wittiness and ennui is able to keep a business running. It's like walking into a business staffed by a random family and their kids. Actually, that's not being fair to kids - there are lots of smart kids out there; but you get the point re: their level of sophistication & knowledge of their own product.
By the way, some of the receptionists (not all) can't comprehend English, so be prepared.
