  • I went in for a bridal consultation and I was so shocked with the rude and dismissive attitudes I received here. I walked in, and the owner brushed me off and gave me about 5 minutes of her time. When I told her my budget for my outfit was $2500, she became even more rude and left, saying she was too busy (even though we had a 1-hour consultation booked) and told me that her workers would help me. But before leaving, she told me I wasn't allowed to try any outfits on because they were too expensive and delicate and I could try on cheaper outfits if I "hadddd" to. She kept on saying that I couldnt try anything fancy until I gave her a deposit. Basically, if I didn't give her money, our consultation would be non-existent. I've never been treated this way in any of my bridal consultations. Trying on outfits and conversing with the designer about ideas has always been the norm. She made me feel so terrible about being there and so disrespected and undervalued. The owner is incredibly pompous and arrogant and there are so many other stores that will appreciate your business and treat you kindly no matter what your budget it. Needless to say, I went with another store and I am so glad I won't ever have to deal with the owner of this store again.
