  • BUYER BEWARE!!! I am very disappointed with this company. I ordered 2 side gates and 1 front gate with Jesse. When he comes out to give me an estimate I took him to one of the neighbor 's house and mentioned to him I want my front gate to look exactly like that he said no problem we did one of the house like that and even took me to that house to show me how it was done. When I finally received my front gate which is almost 8 weeks later it is not how I wanted at all so I called and talk to the manager (Jacque) she said there's is nothing they can do. The two side gates also looked different even though they were ordered at the same time. It is very obvious to me there is no communication between the sale man, the office, and the designer. I also mentioned to him that I don't need hoa approval and yet after 6 weeks I called the office to see when I am going to get my gates they said we are waiting on hoa approval so the gates are not even done. BUYER BEWARE!!! If you decide to use this company make sure they draw the picture of the finished product because what I want is not the same what I get and because I approved the contract means I am stuck with the unattractive NO artistic iron work. Jacque if you are not going to fix the front gate please have someone remove it because I am going to order a different one, as you can see I did not even asked for a gold lock I wanted all shiny black color and even in the contract it stated shiny black I don't know where they got the gold color idea from.
