  • Fast, professional and quality workmanship is the foundation of this company. Based on Yelp reviews I called for a quote and right away knew Rich was honest and was right as rain for this job. My friend's hot water heater failed. Since he was not available to manage the service, he asked that I help. Obligated to find the best service provider for my friend I had absolute confidence it was American Plumbing and Rooter after sending pictures to Rich for him to evaluate the job and produce an objective quote. I rarely write reviews, but depend on them as one part of my search for most services. So why write a review now you might ask... I think Rich and American Plumbing and Rooter deserve all the prior accolades they received and cannot say enough good things about the whole experience. I will try to post a few pictures so everyone can see the trouble my good friend faced. A rupture was imminent--it was only a matter of when it would happen...
