  • I have never before had problems with White Tank Animal Hospital but it seems as if things are changing. Maybe they have just taken on too many animals that they are overwhelmed and can not handle them. I understand that emergencies happen and calls can not be returned right away unless there is an emergency. I am more then willing to wait an acceptable amount of time. But when the vet leaves a message on my phone that my Bichon's liver enzymes are elevated even with treatment and we need to discuss it I do not expect to wait 4 days for a return phone call. That is not acceptable.
