  • If I could give no stars, I would. This location has the absolute worst customer service and leadership. BB now does video game trade-ins, which was apparent by the large signs and even a station within the store. My husband I stood in line for 20 minutes watching a rep trade in other people's games. When it was our turn, the worker abruptly left. After waiting another 10 minutes without him coming back, I walked towards the manager who was shooting the breeze with employees a few feet away. They walked away when I approached them, even when I spoke to them directly! A rep came to the trade in counter and told us that they don't do trade ins.... We were standing next to a sign that literally said, "trade in your games here." we left and went to the San tan location, where three reps checked on us and we traded in the games immediately. We will never go back to the fashion center BB.
