  • I booked a couples massage for my birthday, using the spa's online booking feature. My partner and I arrived for our massages, only to learn that the spa had no record of my reservation. It had been a rough day, and I was SO looking forward to the massages and a dinner afterward. Boy, were we upset; I burst into tears. We ended up driving to Camelback to see if they had any openings; they didn't. We went out to dinner, and had a very nice time. But I would never visit this spa again after their mismanagement of my reservation. There's no point in using an online feature if it doesn't work!
