  • Cyclo is over-hyped in my opinion. Two major set-backs for me is the rude and curt owner-hostess, Justina Duong. She is just plain obnoxious and fails in her attempt to be humorous and charming. She actually believes that she is a culinary standard bearer in the Valley. The other is based on several breeches of hygienic standards. I have seen stuff that made me cringe. I love pho and Vietnamese food beaucoup, but I won't return on foot, taxi, car or pedal car. Call me a Dinky Dau Long Nose, but I just don't get the appeal.
