  • 5 Stars is simply not enough! We had to go out of town for work for 11 days and had Derek board and train our two Papillon puppies. He asked for a list of the main things we wanted him to work on with them. They were going through this crazy barking phase where everything startled them and they'd see the other dogs or people and would bark. This was the biggest thing we wanted him to work on besides basic puppy manners. We dropped them off at his house and were completely comfortable. His manner with the dogs is so comforting. He brought them back to us after the trip and they are like two new puppies. They go to their pillow when we go through the gate, are not barking at everything and are much more relaxed. And, if they do bark, I have a sound and gesture to get them to stop right away. Derek gave us many tips for continuing to work with them in the future and offered to do a follow up visit anytime. This was the best thing we could have done for our family. Thank you so much to Derek on a job well done!!
