  • Ok so I had a bad experience at first - or I would give it a 5Star But wow - Nick (manager) solid guy with great customer service experience emailed and called me till he got me to take care of my issue We have been here 2 days great location - easy walking to anything and great rooftop view. We will come back here to visit our son now that we have dropped him off and we will stay here again. There are always problems in life - it is not usually the problem that makes for a bad experience - it is how it is dealt with - and Nick dealt with it like a pro
